Any kind of leaf in fact, may it be romaine, iceberg, arugula, boston… None of them! The main problem with eating leaves is that I have terrible, TERRIBLE difficulty digesting them. I’ve tried for years, but it just doesn’t work. It just doesn’t get through my digestive system without a problem.
