I am in love with Daniel Lubetzky. Although I have never met him, I am in love with his life story and message. Daniel created KIND Snacks, and they are delicious.
My love story with Daniel started one day in an airport. While waiting for a delayed flight, I went looking for a healthy snack. I browsed around searching for something sweet, yet not too sweet, but something chewy and satisfying. Then I saw a KIND Snack bar. I wondered, why is this snack bar KIND and in what matter?
It all started with a hat. A soft, slightly woolly hat. “Ladies, I’m going to pass this hat around. Please put in anything you want. Maybe $5 or $10 or even $20.” On that Christmas Party night, we collected $125.00. Following that evening, the WHHS Gals donated the funds to The Gazette Christmas Fund. Collectively, we felt wonderful about making a difference.
