I will be at The Wellness Weekend on September 8-10, 2023.
In a beautiful relaxing country setting, enjoy two writing workshops with me, Writing by Candlelight and Journaling & Wellness.
It has been a long 4 years since we all came together for an amazing weekend at CAMP! We are thrilled to announce that The Wellness Weekend is back September 8th-10th! New location and new collaborations.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This year we have teamed up with two amazing NON-PROFIT organizations. The Cummings Centre a 50+ Community Centre in the heart of Montreal and Camp B’nai Brith of Montreal, a sleepaway camp for kids, in the Laurentians just over an hour outside of Montreal. The proceeds for this weekend are going to both organizations. In addition, with a purchase of this weekend, you will receive a tax receipt for up-to half the purchase. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We have amazing activities planned for the weekend, including fitness, art, nutrition lectures, writing workshops, pickle ball, rock-climbing, dance, music, canoeing, paddle boarding, campfires and so much more. All activities will be led by a dream team of specialists in their field. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We hope you will consider coming together again for this all-inclusive weekend of Fitness, Friendships and Fun. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The Journaling & Wellness Workshop was recently given to caregivers with the Jeffery Hale Community Partners in Quebec City. The online workshop taught the participants:  the wellness benefits of journaling, setting up your journal, creative writing techniques with a writer’s meditation.

The Journaling & Writer’s Workshops are aimed to improve your wellness, creativity, and written expression.

The group workshops provide an opportunity for a relaxing, creative writing journey.

Enjoy the freedom to express yourself and write about it.

Each workshop implements writing and spiritual time with a ‘Writer’s Meditation’.

 

Limited to 15 participants per online Zoom workshop.
